You are a character.

You are all adrift at Sea with your Secret Love, Hated Enemy and a few other shady characters.

Each turn represents one day at sea where all characters get provisions (draw a card) based on position in the boat.

Actions
When you mug somebody or change seats they can fight and you'll compare sizes.
Other players may join in on either side of the fight and weapons add to your size.

The losing side each suffers a wound. Everybody that fought is potentially thirsty for fighting.

Rowing
When you row you, you pull two cards from the navigation deck and decide whether they will be in the possible stack for this turn. Cards in the navigation deck indicate who (if anybody) is thirsty or goes overboard. The navigation cards also might show a boxer or some oars to indicate whether fighters or rowers or both or neither are thirsty.

Anybody who is thirsty must pay a water or get a wound.
Anybody who loses a fight or goes overboard gets a wound.
If your wounds are equal to your size, you are unconscious and get no actions.
If your wounds are greater than your size or if you are unconscious and overboard you die.
The game ends when the fourth bird appears in the navigation cards and you count up points for treasures (paintings, cash, jewels) as well as survival and love and hate.
